Health Insurance Rebates

A rebate of $15 - 20 per month (dependant on the insurance company) is available to RAC members from the health insurance companies listed below, once their visit requirement is met. You must be a minimum of 18 years old. Two people per family may receive the rebate. You may join with the over 900 RAC members that are enrolled these great programs. The programs available are:

It is very important that you contact either your Insurance Provider or your Employer before signing up for the Insurance Rebates.  The Fitness incentive is an optional part of Group Coverage.  Please verify your Group Insurance qualifies before signing up for the Insurance Rebates.

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota
The required visit for people coved by their employer is 12 per month. For self-insured members the required visits are 8.  Any questions about the type of plan you are in must be directed to your employer.

HEALTH PARTNERS
The required visits are 12 per month.

U-CARE MINNESOTA    
No required visit.  Must be 65 years old.

DEFINITY HEALTH    
The required visits are 12 per month.

MEDICA FIT CHOICES    
The required visits are 8 per month.  (Maximum of 1 credit per month per family)

PREFERRED ONE
The required visits are 12 per month.
