She enjoys cooking amazing food, rock climbing, hiking, fishing, hunting and spending time with her friends and family. Maggie also enjoys spending most of her time with her 5 year old daughter, playing games, going to parks, bike rides, etc. - she definitely keeps Maggie busy with things to do!
What are some of your specialties?
In addition to being an ISSA CPT (Certified Personal Trainer), I have also been certified as a Nutritionist Specialist, Bodybuilding Specialist and an Online Based Coach. Being an Olympic lifter for many years, I understand the mechanics behind the body and how you can push yourself to new limits each and every workout. I am comfortable working with all different types of clients. This includes helping new beginners as well as someone overcoming an injury. I often focus on higher intensity workouts and circuit training. I have found that these methods have been most beneficial to my clients.

My best friend and I travel to Colorado every year in the spring time and hike/climb at least one “14er” (14,000+ foot mountain). Every year has struck a new challenge, but that hasn’t stopped us yet. Every time we complete one, exhaustion at its finest, we stand at the summit and look at each other and say, “This is why we do this”.
What do you enjoy about being a personal trainer?
There are many reasons why I enjoy training, but to pick one, I would have to say it’s being able to give back to the community. I remember starting my fitness journey and how lost I was, It can be scary, confusing, and overall frustrating at times. Seeing the progress and joy clients have when they have exceeded their goal(s) has brought pure joy to my life. It has only helped my passion for the Fitness industry to grow!
